| Description | During our research we have ran into the limitations of the current ITS reference database when analysing amplicon sequencing. We would like to investigate more comprehensive methods of constructing ITS reference databases from public repositories (such as ENA and NCBI). To this end we want to gather all ITS sequences alongside their taxonomy and construct a reference database. Finally, your results are to be used to test taxonomic assignment accuracy against existing methods for improved taxonomic classification and downstream analysis with NGTAX2.0.
