| Description | You will be investigating the succession of freshly available hard substrate on the rocky reefs on the island of Krk through existing images and video footage. 5 plots have been cleaned from algae and animals and photos and videos were taken some weeks after. We want to follow the development of the new community of organisms growing on these plots. You will investigate the area covered by different organismal groups and determine the overall rugosity of the plots through time. You will work with 3D modelling, imageJ and coral point cloud to determine these information. |
