Under the Wave has developed a promising partnership with the local community, based on the co-management of a sea cucumber farm. Join our dedicated team to take part in the management and maintenance of this exciting project, which aims to strike a balance between economic development and environmental sustainability. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about innovative community based natural resource management projects, sustainable development, and marine conservation. By participating, the intern will gain practical experience in project management, community outreach, and hands on research experience. The candidate will play an important role in maintenance and monitoring of the sea cucumber farm, and assessing the long term financial and ecological sustainability of the project. |
