Description | A new sensor has been developed by Cranfield Univeristy to simulataneously measure the penetration resistance and the VNIR signal of the soil profile. In this research you will use this sensor and test the suitability to predict various soil properties over the soil profile. You will develop a calibration model for soil moisture, soil organic carbon, total carbon, texture, others.
The possibility to do this research depends on the availability of the sensor at the moment you conduct your thesis. |
