| Description | This thesis topic deals with the role of heritage nature and culture in the growing and rapidly developing modern cities. The city of the future is one that is to be green, diverse, circular and climate resilient. This topic emphasizes that cities also have a history that needs to be negotiated through when implementing these future visions. Thereby the project will research people’s perception and understandings of history and cultural heritage in the city and bring those findings to bear on public policy and planning allowing for the co-creation of the future green city with its inhabitants for their wellbeing, quality of life and happiness. |
