Description | Problem context
Efficient and effective rehabilitation is based on good spatial planning that can support farmers and rehabilitation implementors however, inadequate data and poor database management hamper the ability to do this. Research Objective/Question The internship will support ongoing rehabilitation and landscape mapping. The objective is to improve the GIS system and database management. What is expected from the student (type of research) This important work involves GIS map development and database management of existing data to support landscape-level planning and therefore requires strong GIS technical abilities. |
